Honestly, a lot of things (food items/ingredients) are not really healthy even though we think they are (stevia for example or various frozen ‘ready in minutes’ food items). A lot of people follow influencers/content creators without researching properly. Therefore, maybe it’s better and safer to be little careful while using specific terms (just an opinion).
